About Tim

Meet Tim

After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 1999 with a BS in marketing, Tim moved to West Palm Beach where he worked for SunFest and then the local radio stations' marketing department. It did not take long for his passion in real estate to take shape. In 2003, he purchased his first home just south of downtown WPB. Then in 2004, he purchased his first investment property, adding "landlord" to his resume. With plans to grow his portfolio quickly, he earned his real estate license in 2005 just before the "bubble burst" in 2007. Surviving that time period proved to strengthen Tim's skills and his ability to adapt to any real estate situation. Since then, he has worked with every level of buyer, seller and investor, throughout Palm Beach County. 

 

Tim prides himself on helping his clients through EVERY step of a Real Estate transaction. "I've surrounded myself with only the most experienced experts in the field creating a team of people that can assist me and my clients through the process from start to finish." When working with sellers, Tim leans on his marketing background and has adopted the theory, "Do not just list properties for sale, market them for the world to see." In recent years, Tim and his wife Lauren have been rehabbing distressed properties. The experience has given him unsurpassed local knowledge of what buyers are looking for and how sellers can prepare their homes for sale.

 

Tim has always had a philanthropic heart serving on the Board of Directors for Little Smiles of Florida, a local non profit charity that benefits children in hospitals, shelters, hospices and other facilities in the area. Also an avid surfer, he spends his free time surfing locally and traveling abroad with the Share The Stoke Foundation, another charity benefiting children across the world.
