We met Tim 16 months ago whilst searching for a downtown rental, and he impressed me with his polite and straight forward approach. We rented through him and then two months ago asked him to help us find a house to buy. He confidently “held our hand” through the many home visits and gave us the pros and cons of each area and variations of residential details we looked at. Again he was very professional, friendly and patient with our search. He put no undue pressure on us to buy or bid anything we were looking at throughout. We Highly recommend Tim and should have hired him even earlier than we did. In 2018, we listed our house for sale with another realtor, after interviewing many potential realtors we narrowed it down to Tim and another realtor. Stupidly, we went with the other realtor who had our place listed for 6 months, there were showings and feedback but not much else. This realtor always was playing catch up and had lots of excuses why our home was not selling. When the 6 months was up we gave up for a while and then in May 2019 we called Tim to try and sell our place. He had an amazing photographer come in, made a couple suggestions that we followed and listed our home. We couldn't believe that in 4 days it was sold! We would recommend Tim to anyone and everyone!
